Cancers are surprisingly powerful monsters that appear in St. Abraham. They first appear in the storage room and can be encountered from there on. Strangely, they are the only monster with an inherently female body. They are one of the few monsters to appear in the Sewers.

A Cancer also appears as a hazard in the West Wing stage of Toshiko Crash-Up. Periodically, it will emerge from one of the cells and walk back and forth, damaging any player it touches.

Cancer is essentially the stronger, female counterpart of Twinhead.

AppearanceEdit

Cancer resembles an adult human female in her early twenties. It wears a hospital gown (similar to Twinhead) with a gash on its stomach, revealing its navel and midriff. Cancers have long broken nails and a wedding ring on their right hand. They wear high heels shoes.

Its most distinguishing feature is the extremely large tumor covering almost its entire head. It obscures all of the creature's facial features, aside from a small hole in the face where the nose would be. The tumor is large, bulbous, and it beats, similar to a heart. The tumor also features a large mouth filled with teeth and a human-like tongue.

CharacterEdit

Cancer is essentially the stronger, female counterpart to Twinhead. It has much higher health than Twinhead but lower health than the SmileBeast and the Rag Wraith. It attacks by spewing blood out of the hole in its face. This is a close-to-mid range attack, so wait for a time to move in or use firearms.

St. AbrahamEdit

Cancers first appear in the Storage Room. They can then be encountered in the Sewer, Dark Lobby, and the Experiment Ward.

Toshiko Crash-UpEdit

A Cancer also appears as a hazard in the West Wing stage of Toshiko Crash-Up. Periodically, it will emerge from one of the cells and walk back and forth, damaging any player it touches.

SymbolismEdit

Cancer symbolizes Jay Donovan's guilt for killing his wife. The fact that the tumor covers the woman's face represent Jay's obscure memories of his family. It also represents Jay's "diseased" reputation against his wife.
